**All command performers that were invited by either Mr. Gay Gem State Carlos or Miss Gay Gem State Shuga, please know that protocol for the event is between 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM MST, music MUST be turned in during this time to Regent Empress 38 and Pageant Chair Percilla Moore.
